Andre has a strong background in Control & Automation and has solid experience maintenance acquired from over 10 years working in Chemicals industry. Over these last years, Andre has developed many initiatives related to continuous improvement, safety systems, decarbonization, and field instrumentation. He is currently responsible for coordinating the predictive maintenance program for electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation areas as well as the digital & industry 4.0 initiatives.
