KK Chong is the Head of Asset Performance Management for Schlumberger – a role focusing on the development and deployment of digital solutions within the Technology Lifecycle Management portfolio. This portfolio enables the digital strategy and realizes value creation through asset performance optimization.
Prior to this role, he held the position of Vice President of Drilling Product Group where he was responsible for global new product development, manufacturing and deployment. Before, he was the Stonehouse Technology Center Manager with a strong focus on engineering and manufacturing product line technology. In addition, KK held a range of management and strategic roles in Asia, Europe, Africa, Latin America and United States within the organization. His career in Schlumberger began in 1994 as a Well Construction Field Engineer for various customers globally.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Herriot-Watt University, and a Engineering degree from University of Technology, Malaysia.
