As a company, we are committed to ensuring all of our attendees return home safely after the event. While we cannot guarantee there will not be local COVID transmission at the event, we have put in place event protocols that extend beyond the local regulations.
We ask all attendees to remain vigilant and continue to observe infection prevention guidelines.
- You are voluntarily participating in this seminar and are attending the AVEVA PI World event at your own risk. You understand that AVEVA has taken significant measures to reduce the exposure of COVID-19, but AVEVA cannot guarantee your safety or immunity from COVID-19 during this event.
- You understand that you will be denied entry to the AVEVA PI World event if you have not been fully vaccinated (according to the CDC guidelines) against COVID-19 and refuse to sign the Responsibility Statement during the registration process. You understand that vaccines differ by country.
- It is your responsibility to help make the event a safe place for all attendees. You will wear a mask when moving around and when in public spaces. You will comply with local social distancing guidelines advised for the AVEVA PI World event.
- In the event of an outbreak, you may be subject to contact tracing and COVID-19 testing that may be required by the relevant authorities.
- You understand that you play an important role in keeping the PI World event participants safe and helping to stop the spread of COVID-19. If you display symptoms of COVID-19, you will return to your hotel room and follow the protocols outlined for the AVEVA PI World event.
- AVEVA is committed to providing a diverse and harassment-free event experience. All attendees have the right to a safe and welcoming environment. You understand that you are responsible for your behaviour.
- You understand that AVEVA may limit or deny access to the event if you are behaving in an inappropriate, disorderly, disrespectful, or dangerous manner.
